Adds ui_logo() to lib/ui.sh that renders a 4-line ASCII art logo for A·I·W·B (34 cols wide, fits mobile/Termux) in cyan bold, with a dimmed subtitle line showing version and tagline. Replaces the plain ui_header "AIWB Interactive Chat" call in cmd_chat() and the /clear handler with ui_logo so the logo appears on startup and on screen clear. https://claude.ai/code/session_01CFoKzZHbkYDYd9FF3X7g35
